Our Trip To Xalapa March Spring Break

We have just returned from a trip to Xalapa, and Veracruz Mexico. We saw most of Rosy's family, one sister Elisa is in Merida and that is far south of where we were. Unfortunately Rosy was very sick for the entire time we were there. In addition to that the weather from Oregon followed us so we had rain and cold days every day we were trying to get some sun. Our visit to Veracruz was miserable heavy wind and rain.
We did spend a little time with Diego so that made things fun. Thanks Diego!
Gracias Diego!

Here we are at Rosy's Mothers front door.

Although sick Rosy tried to get a little sun even though it lasted only about 30 minutes.
Aunque Rosy estaba enferma trato de tomar algo de sol aunque solo duro 30 minutos,

You can see the street in front of Rosy's mom's house isn't exactly busy. I could stand in middle of the road and not be hit by a car.

Here is Rosy and her Mother Bertha hoping for sun!

Is there any meat on those roosters? Are they good to eat after they "retire" from the fighting?
